This is one of the most commonly asked questions. Keep in mind, we are not an agency, we are a marketplace platform.

Our SDRs come from everywhere. Our SDRs are located all over the world and typically work remotely. We have SDRs in most countries around the world. Most companies do not have a geographic preference for where their SDRs are located and focus on finding SDRs through SalesPipe that are good overall fits within their organization across various criteria.

If it’s important to your organization, one criterion you can use is the geographic area or timezone of choice.

We encourage it! All SDRs have been pre-selected as legitimate for the SalesPipe platform. We will connect you with the SDRs. You should speak with any SDR you are considering working with and make sure they are a good fit for your team.

You’ll have full access to every SDR’s SalesPipe profile which serves as their "resume" on SalesPipe's platform. Alternatively, you may request a resume or CV from any SDR you are considering working with during the interview process.

It depends. Some SDRs have 1-2 years of experience, and others have more than 10-15 years of experience. You’ll be able to view any SDR profile through SalesPipe, which features a variety of criteria, including their LinkedIn profile if you want to review that in addition to their SalesPipe profile.

SalesPipe is based in the United States. Almost all of our SDRs are either English-first native speakers or English-fluent.

We are a platform that has native speakers of many languages around the world. It’s easy to browse SDRs within the SalesPipe platform to find SDRs that speak the languages you need. You may be able to find SDRs that are fluent in multiple languages.

Wherever you are in the world or whatever markets you need to target, we have SDRs that can work with those languages fluently.

All SDRs work with a variety of top technologies. If you can think of a software tool, we likely have an SDR who works with that technology.

You can search through our database of SDRs to see who is familiar with certain tools. This makes transitioning an SDR into your organization easy, as there is no learning curve between the tools you use and the tools the SDR knows.

SDRs sign up through the SalesPipe website and are screened rigorously before you see them inside the SalesPipe app. Within SalesPipe is an internal screening process for every SDR that signs up, including a 1-1 interview process and quarterly quality checkpoints.

Not all SDRs who sign up to join the platform are accepted — we approve a small percentage of sign-ups. Our platform focuses on the quality of SDRs, not quantity, because we feel this best serves the companies using SalesPipe to obtain SDRs.

SalesPipe leverages both technology and human expertise to match clients with the best freelance SDRs and BDRs globally.

Unlike traditional freelance platforms, SalesPipe offers personalized matching services based on client criteria, ensuring the right fit for each customer's needs.

Once you’ve signed up and decided on a plan, you can start searching for SDRs that are a good fit for you from your dashboard. The SalesPipe app will make recommendations based on the criteria you input.

Based on those recommendations, the SalesPipe team will introduce SDRs you find interesting, plus any others as needed. Our blend of technology and hands-on approach will help you find the best candidates to choose from.

From the moment you decide to work with any SDR, the timeline for them to start depends and is up to you. Most SDRs get started quickly, such as 1-2 weeks.

Onboarding them into your processes and tools happens naturally once you’ve provided the green light that you’d like to work with them.

Since SDRs on our platform are compensated differently, we do not have internal time tracking software. However, if your SDR(s) are paid hourly, you are welcome to track their time. We can recommend various tracking tools.

Since you went through the process for your first SDR, it’s easy to repeat the process of adding SDRs. There are two plans beyond the Starter Plan, allowing for 1 SDR. After the Starter Plan, adding SDRs will mean upgrading your plan to the next new tier. The Pro Plan supports working with up to 5 SDRs and the Growth Plan supports working with 6+ SDRs.

From your dashboard, go to My SDRs, then click on Add SDR. This will allow you to repeat the process of telling us what you want in a new SDR. We will be notified, and then we will get in touch, start making new introductions, and upgrade your plan from there.

Alternatively, you can visit the Settings section in your dashboard and upgrade to the plan you need that supports more SDRs first. Then, you can click Add SDR and tell us more about what you need.

We have an agreement for that, which includes a buyout fee for the SDR, which takes the SDR off SalesPipe’s platform. Any SDR has to be in agreement with your offer just as they would through other hiring means.

Yes! SDRs are intended to fit seamlessly into your communication channels. You can always contact SalesPipe for support, but SDRs are meant to work 1-1 with your organization.

In order to work with SalesPipe, you must work with at least one outsourced SDR from SalesPipe. With SalesPipe, it’s easy to scale up the number of SDRs you are working with without breaking the bank.

• We provide the best SDRs in a flexible way on many criteria, such as industry experience, languages, geographic locations, sales skills, and sales tools. Agencies are rigid in their approach and will provide SDRs from their team — not from the market. So you are forced to work with who you’re given. With SalesPipe, we recommend it, but you decide.

• Our pricing is flexible to your budget — you will be able to secure top SDR resources through SalesPipe and not be beholden to outdated and heavy headcount pricing structures forced by agencies. Agency pricing can make it difficult to get ROI from their SDRs.

• Our terms are flexible — many agencies lock their customers into certain contractual timelines, such as three months, six months, or one year. Typically, many of our customers work month-to-month with our SDRs. It’s only a matter of you communicating your terms, and then we can communicate that to the SDRs we match you with.

• Software tool competency — with agencies, you are beholden to what the SDRs the agency is providing to you know how to use. With SalesPipe, you can find SDRs that fit perfectly into your tech stack and defined processes.
